Packaging:

• Reuse all original packaging, including metal corners and foam inserts.
• Only clear tape is acceptable for resealing the package.Use of brown or black tape will result in return rejection.

Order Details:

• Include a note with your order details and the reason for your return inside the box.
• Failure to include this information will prevent us from processing your refund.

Shipping:

• Arrange returns via www.parcel2go.com.Do not use Evri as they do not meet our handling requirements.
• Be aware, no courier insures glass items. The return is at your risk, and items returned damaged cannot be refunded.
