      Great mirror, excellent customer service

      Ordered a mirror for my daughters birthday present. The mirror arrived on a Friday. I checked it on the Saturday morning and found it was cracked. Argh! My daughters birthday was on the following Tuesday! I emailed Holywood Mirrors and they responded on the Sunday(!) saying they would send a replacement out and it would be with me on Tuesday. It was! - It was excellent customer service and my daughter is very happy with her new mirror which we put up while she was at school. Thankyou!

      Next day delivery by a reputable carrier extremely well packaged with metal protectors on corner for extra safety two hour delivery slot advised and adhered to even on a Saturday. Sturdily built 1.5 metres of cable it was a pity we had to remove the plug to thread through wall but can’t be helped. We have done the preliminaries ready to hang checked that all 13 bulbs illuminate and I love the appearance….very stylish I could be in L.A!!!! Don’t hesitate to purchase one from this company you will be thrilled you did I’m a very happy customer. I just would have liked an option to buy a few extra bulbs rather than 10 spare bits that’s just me thank you very much
